Getting to the Exhibition Venue
You can get to the North Entrance via Hannover Main station and the West Entrance via Hannover Messe/Laatzen stations.
B.F.M. Incoming & Traveller Services GmbH buses run between Hannover airport and the exhibition grounds. For further information on the services and booking options can be found at www.bfmhaj.com.
Facilities at the Exhibition Venue
Yes, left luggage service is available onsite for a fee. The left luggage fee will be available in Q2 2027.
There are many parking areas available at the exhibition grounds. You can find more information about parking here (https://www.gfv-messe.de/en-gb/arrival).
Complimentary Wi-Fi will be available throughout the exhibition grounds during the exhibition period (16 - 22 September).
There are food and beverage outlets within the exhibition centre. Halal, Kosher, vegetarian and vegan meals are available in some restaurants.
The list of F&B outlets available in Messegelaende Hannover will be available from Q1 2027.

Admission
Pets are strictly not allowed.
As there are no childcare facilities onsite, it is not advisable to bring your child below 15 years old to the exhibition centre. CEMATEX, the Organisers, the Co-organiser and the Venue cannot be held responsible for the child’s well-being.
Students, and/or minors below 15 years old are not allowed to visit the exhibition. At the sole discretion of the Organisers, students, and/or minors between the age of 15 to 21 years old may be allowed access into the halls provided they submit a completed ‘Consent Form for Minors’ signed by their parents or legal guardian responsible for the them.
During the exhibition, build-up and dismantling period, minors below the age of 15 years shall not be admitted into the halls. At the sole discretion of the Organisers, minors between the age of 15 to 21 years old may be allowed access into the halls under these conditions:
• Minors must possess a valid work contract with the exhibitor or stand contractor. Indemnity form signed by their employers and guardians must be submitted to the ITMA Service Team.
• During show days, minors must produce an indemnity form signed by their parents and/or adults with parental and guardian rights on the minors and/or who are legally responsible for them.
The exhibitors/stand contractors and parents/guardians agree to fully release CEMATEX, the Organisers and the Venue from any liability towards the minors, who will be under their exclusive control, authority and responsibility at all times.
For Exhibitor
Stand Space Application and Stand Information
Start-ups are welcome to apply for the Start-up Valley (SUV) Grant. Approved start-ups will be allocated stand space in the SUV. The SUV grant will not be extended to applicants who wish to be located outside the Start-Up Valley.
All eligible applicants would be informed of their admission, in writing, from 8 July 2026.
There is no floor plan for selection of stands. All applicants may indicate your preferred dimensions and open sides in your application form.
All stand space applications are for raw space only. Exhibitors are free to choose any stand contractor to work with to build their stands, including shell scheme stands. Alternatively, shell scheme packages will be made available by our appointed Technical Service Provider when the online service platform opens.
Stand space application opens on 9 September 2025.
The stand space cost is Euro 250 per sqm (plus VAT where applicable) which includes 17 services.
Stand Construction and Exhibits
There is no official freight forwarder appointed by the Organiser. Exhibitors are free to use any vendor of their choice.

The appointed Technical Service Provider, offers shell scheme packages that are available via the service platform from 11 November 2026.
Music copyright licensing, one of the 17 services, is included in the stand space rental charge. The licence covers only pre-recorded music and videos used during exhibition hours. Live performances are not included.

ITMA 2027 does not appoint an official freight forwarder. Exhibitors are free to engage their own freight forwarding company to handle their shipment up to its arrival at the venue.
For Visitor
Admission
As ITMA 2027 is a trade exhibition, all visitors must be in proper business attire. Those in shorts, bermudas, singlets, slippers or sports sandals will not be allowed entry.
Visa related matters
The visa invitation letter is issued with your existing passport number. Hence, please renew your passport before requesting for the letter.
You may request for an invitation letter to support your visa application after purchasing your badge.
Badge Registration and Purchase
Visitor registration will open in Q1 of 2027.
Badge prices will be available by Q4 of 2026.
Badges purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Only ITMA 2027 supporting organisations, appointed overseas travel agents and badge sales agents enjoy a preferential rate when they buy in bulk. To become a partner, get in touch with us.
No, badges are strictly non-transferable. Checks will be conducted and badges will be voided should the holders differ from the details shown on the badges.
No, a unique email address is required as every badge is personalised.
For Media
General
The press centre offers a number of workstations with power supply on a first-come-first-served basis as well as printer access. Journalists can also help themselves to the F&B catering.
The list of press conferences held by the ITMA organiser and exhibitors will be made available from July 2027.

Photographs will be made available online for download during show days. Photo credits are to be attributed to ITMA.
The media badge entitles the journalist to attend the ITMA 2027 press conference, receive press releases from the Organiser, and access the press centre and the exhibition during show opening hours.
Photographers who can show documentary proof that they are working for a bona fide media organisation.
Freelance reporters, editors and photographers must submit an official letter of assignment (on a company letterhead) from a bona fide publisher/editor/producer that states you are covering the exhibition for their organisations.
Please present an official order from the radio or TV company (original letterhead, no copy allowed). If accompanied by a camera crew, the filming schedule must be submitted before the exhibition opens. The crew must be accompanied by an ITMA staff member at all times.
Online registration will open in Q2 of 2027. During the exhibition period, you can apply at the press centre.
