    ITMA 2019, the world’s largest textile and garment technology, has received strong response since online applications opened in May. Some 25% of the exhibition space has been booked by more than 300 exhibitors during the first six weeks, according to ITMA Services, the organiser of ITMA 2019.

    New company awarded contract to organise ITMA 2019

    CEMATEX, the European Committee of Textile Machinery Manufacturers, has announced that it has awarded a contract to a new company, ITMA Services, to organise its ITMA 2019 show. ITMA Services NV is headquartered in Brussels and has a subsidiary office, ITMA Services Pte Ltd, in Singapore.

    Levi Strauss & Co. is first ITMA Sustainable Innovation Award winner

    Levi Strauss & Co. of USA, known worldwide for its authentic vintage look jeans, is the winner of the first ITMA Sustainable Innovation Award. It clinched the ITMA Industry Excellence Award category from two other finalists: Berto Industria Tessile (Italy) and Gebrüder Otto (Germany).

    ITMA 2015 chalks up new milestone with biggest participation in 64 years

    Milan exhibition attracts 1,691 exhibitors; 20 per cent larger than 2011 exhibition ITMA 2015 has achieved a new milestone, attracting the biggest number of exhibitors since the show’s launch way back in 1951. Opening at the Fiera Milano Rho today, the 17th edition of ITMA has 1,691 exhibitors from 46 countries and economies. The previous record was set by ITMA 2007 when 1,451 exhibitors from 38 countries took part in the exhibition.
