Pico has been appointed to provide technical services for ITMA 2011 exhibitors. It has previous experience in handling textile and garment machinery and textile-related industry showcases as technical service provider and as a stand contractor.

Logistics support at ITMA 2011 will be provided by a dedicated team from Agility Fairs and Events. Accommodation & Travel
To help ITMA participants secure accommodation, the organiser has appointed Barcelona Business Pass (BBP) as its official travel agent to support the hospitality requirements of exhibitors and visitors. BBP has handled many high profile events in Barcelona, including the Mobile 3GSM event that attracts about 40,000 delegates annually to the city.

BBP has negotiated highly competitive hotel rates that can be booked online for the exhibition period. For extended stays, particularly for exhibitors who are involved in stand building and dismantling, very special rates have been negotiated. Advice and preferential group booking rates are available on a complimentary basis.

Due to the large number of participants, it is highly recommended that accommodation be reserved well in advance.
